Introduction

About Physiotherapy

Movement underpins independence, confidence and connection. Our Physiotherapists work on the physical skills that make everyday participation possible — from paediatric physiotherapy supporting a child's gross motor development, mobility, balance and strength, through to rehabilitation and functional movement for adults. Programs are designed around each person's goals, environment and stage of life.

Who we support

  • Children developing gross motor skills, balance and coordination
  • Young people building strength, balance and confidence
  • Adults working on mobility, capacity and rehabilitation
  • Families and caregivers supporting movement at home

Sessions & duration

An initial assessment typically takes approximately 60–90 minutes, with ongoing physiotherapy sessions of approximately 45–60 minutes. Session length and frequency may vary depending on individual needs.
