Introduction

About Psychology & Child Psychology

Our Psychologists provide a calm, confidential space to make sense of what is happening and build practical strategies for everyday life. For children, our Child Psychology support focuses on emotional wellbeing, anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioural concerns and self-esteem — always working alongside parents and caregivers. Support is paced to the person, respectful of their experience, and focused on strengths as much as challenges.
